By submitting an order at StationeryXpress.com, the customer agrees to the following terms:
All custom or personalized orders are final. Once the order is placed into production, StationeryXpress will be unable to cancel it. (Please contact us immediately if you think you made a mistake or to see if your order has already entered production. We will do our very best to assist you and correct any and all issues if the order has not yet entered the production phase.)
The customer has verified all information submitted to be accurate and complete. (Including shipping/billing details and all order details.) All orders will be made exactly as entered with the options the customer chose or in the same style as shown in the example and/or previews, if applicable. Any error on the part of the customer will result in a redo charge if the customer would like the error fixed or redone. (Any errors made on behalf of StationeryXpress will be fixed immediately at no extra charge to the customer.)
Instant Proofs/Virtual Previews:
The customer acknowledges that on-site instant proofs/virtual previews on StationeryXpress.com are primarily for font and placement visualization only. The final product produced may vary slightly from the proof/virtual preview you see online in terms of font size or colors. We do our best to show accurate colors as well, but please understand that all screens display colors slightly differently, and colors (RGB) shown on digital devices do not 'perfectly' match (CMYK) printed colors. Please Contact Us directly if you'd like to see "Print Ready" Proofs/Virtual Previews created by our team before submitting your order or if you have any questions about our Proofs/Virtual Previews.
Payment & Service:
The customer agrees to pay for all goods and services in their order, as soon as the order enters production. Stationery Xpress reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. Online orders may be suspended or cancelled at the sole discretion of StationeryXpress.com.
The customer acknowledges that StationeryXpress cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We can, however, provide you with an estimated delivery date upon request, but please note these are estimates only, not a guarantee.
StationeryXpress will NOT be held accountable if the customer enters an incorrect, inaccurate and/or incomplete shipping address.
No Guaranteed Delivery Date:
StationeryXpress is not able to offer a guarantee on delivery dates for FedEx, USPS or UPS packages as we rely on the carrier to make the final delivery. All orders when shipped are given an estimated delivery date by the carrier, but sometimes packages do take longer than expected to arrive. Shipping charges once calculated and invoiced are not able to be adjusted or credited.
StationeryXpress cannot and will not be held accountable if an order does not arrive on time or by the date needed. (This includes customs or carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.)
