Shipping Details to USA Destinations
Most StationeryXpress Personalized Stationery, Embossed Stationery, Napkins, Memos and Note Pad orders are produced in 2 - 4 days* and arrive within 4-12 business days once shipped. Most orders are shipped together, but it's possible your order will arrive in separate/multiple shipments. *Production times may be increased during the holidays due to the volume of gift orders. We will post a notice about this on our website if this is the case.
Production time is estimated and refers to the amount of time in production (Business Days) to create your personalized order. Actual delivery/ship time is in addition and takes approximately 4 - 12 business days to arrive with our Free Shipping option, or 3-7 business days on average to arrive by Ground shipping.
FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Standard Overnight delivery options and costs are available during checkout for most items. Packages are shipped from various locations and we use the most popular delivery services including Fedex, UPS, Amazon Shipping & USPS. Each personalized order includes a packing slip without the costs and most items can include a gift message on the packing slip.

The cost of shipping your order depends on the quantity and weight of the items, the destination, and the shipping method chosen. Once the items are in the shopping cart and you have started the check-out process, the shipping cost and options for each available shipping method can be selected. You select the shipping method you wish to use and can see the final order total before completing the transaction. StationeryXpress.com offers Free Shipping on all orders over $99 in the contiguous United States and offers promotions/coupons in our emails and here on our website.
Shipping to Canada
Yes, we can ship your personalized order to an address in Canada. Additional Customs fees may be applicable upon delivery. Please contact us to place your order and to receive a custom shipping quote.
International Shipping
Yes, we can ship your personalized order to an International address but you will have to contact us first. Shipping is provided by USPS International. Please contact us first for international orders.
Order Tracking
All orders are promptly put into production. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has shipped (tracking code/s included). You can easily check on your order status (and re-order) by signing into your account on StationeryXpress.com.
