Okay, this review is long overdue but I really wanted to give this a shot and test it for a few months. First let me start with the customer service here: AMAZING. They informed me that they would test my logo and make sure it looks okay to proceed before making the custom embosser. (since there is no preview function yet I was told) I got my order in 6-7 days and the embosser was perfect. My logo looked great! Now I just needed to test and see if it would last! Almost 5 months later, the thing seems brand new. It's embossing like it did on day one - I really don't think I will have to buy another one of these ever again. Best $100 or so I've ever spent! THANK YOU! (PS. Huge thank you to Margot and the team here, you went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it and wish all businesses cared about their customers like you do! It makes a huge difference!)
