What is Stationery Xpress?

StationeryXpress is an easy, affordable and fast way to order Personalized Stationery, Embossed Stationery and Personalized Gifts. It's easy to make a lasting impression:

  3. Your custom printed or embossed stationery, stamp or gift is shipped & delivered – to you or to your gift recipient!


How long does it take?


Once submitted, your personalized order will be created within 2 to 5 business days and will take an additional approximate 2 - 10 business days to arrive by either Fedex, UPS or USPS shipping. Next-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day expedited delivery options are available during checkout. Production/Ship time is estimated in Business Days. International shipping is available upon request. We also do our best to ship your entire order in one box and/or together.

NOTE: During the Holiday Season production and ship time vary, be sure to order in advance! 

NOTE: Orders placed after 3pm pst on Friday, Saturday and Sunday go into production Monday morning. 

RUSH ORDERS: If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know in the order comments and we'll do everything possible to meet your delivery date. 

Multi-Item Orders: Multi-item orders may take longer to produce. We pride ourselves on the highest operational standards. Multiple checks and balances are in place to ensure our customers receive the correct quality products as soon as possible.

 

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit-Cards, Discover Cards and Apple Pay.

We also accept checks but you must be approved first; payment in full must accompany your order. Please do not send cash and please contact us first.




What happens after placing my order?

We create your order with the information that you supply; please proof-read your information carefully. An order  confirmation will be sent via email to confirm your order; please save your order/invoice # for your records or to contact us. Since we carry so many products, we are unable to provide online complimentary proofs for all orders. Please contact us to request a proof for your order. (You can also request a proof in the order comments) Proofs will be automatically provided for all fully custom (Your Logo or artwork) orders.

 

What about custom orders? Can I add a logo or an image?

Yes! Please see our selection of Your Logo products where you can Print or Emboss your own Logo or image. All "Your Logo" or custom image orders are considered fully custom orders. All custom orders are sent a complimentary virtual proof that MUST be approved via email before the order goes into production and before your payment method is charged. Contact us for more details.

You can also create and submit a custom order by emailing us. Simply find a design you like or you can create your own. We will provide you with a quote for your approval. Once approved, we will place the order for you. 

 

What about color?

Our printed products offer a range of color choices in Raised-Print Thermography or Digital Full-Color Printing. These items include Raised-printing unless indicated as Flat or Matte printing only. Embossed items do not include any ink or color. (other than optional borders, if applicable)

 


What kind of paper stock do you use?

All of our Personalized Stationery is produced on high-quality papers and envelopes. Each product is unique and paper choices include Single, Double & Triple Thick stock as well as 100% Cotton Paper, where applicable. Each product page displays the paper stock and thickness as well as the personalization process used for your item.



 

Can I order a gift with a gift message?

Yes! Many of our customers order gifts to be shipped directly to their gift recipients with a gift message. The gift message is on the packing slip. Please write your message in the order notes or on the product page if applicable. Note: Prices are NEVER shown on the packing slips!

 


Can I order additional quantities?

Yes! You can order additional sets/quantities at a discount! Many products offer this option. Additional sets must be identical to the first set ordered. Paper Napkin Sizes Vary by Color? 5" x 5" or 4.75" x 4.75"?

Our Espresso, Hot Pink, Wine and Purple colored napkins are the only ones that are 5" x 5". All other colors are 4.75" x 4.75".

StationeryXpress is proud to offer current and former United States Military a 10% OFF discount. Once you have created an account please contact us or email us with verification/proof of your service (Social Security # NOT needed) and we will place you on our "Military Discount list". You only need to be verified once, you will remain on the list for all future orders. Please be aware that ALL website prices will automatically show a 10% discount once logged into your Military Discounted Account. No coupon code is required. We can also ship to APO addresses.
