Excellent customer service
I recently placed an order for note cards and note pads and discovered after I submitted it that I had a typo in it. I quickly called customer service and they made me feel very comfortable right away that my error would be corrected. 10 days later I had the items in hand, and they were perfect! Terrific customer service!

The quality of the cards and envelopes are great, but I'm almost more impressed by the customer service I received. I was able to place my order all through text, and it was definitely a real/live human helping me, and he responded very quickly to me and even sent me proofs. It was incredibly easy and I'm grateful for that.
