We ordered these the first time a couple of years ago. The first order took the most 'work' adjusting things and nailing down the details, but after approval, it's been smooth sailing ever since. Every time we need new cards, I simply email them and they reply with a link to submit the order. Around 1 week later, our new custom cards arrive. It's been a pleasure ordering with this company and I haven't had 1 issue ever.

I ordered these for the company I work for as thank you cards for our clients. The proof process was simple and the customer service when I asked about production and shipping speed was honest and professional. I was concerned about getting them delivered in a timely fashion and instead of charging me the additional shipping expense they informed me that it would not necessarily speed up delivery based on the shipping location(s). The representative that I spoke with over email assured me that they would mark the order a "rush" and we received them within the time we were quoted.
