I didn't know what to expect when ordering at first, but my proof arrived the next day, and requesting changes via email and giving my final approval via email was easy enough. The person who emailed me was the same person each time which was nice, and she was very professional. I received the order maybe a week or so later, absolutely perfect and stunning embossing.
