They extend themselves as far as possible to make sure the customer is happy with their order. I had a slight problem in that I ordered a script that I did not like. The product was even better than i expected. As we needed them for a very formal occasion, they were very classy. I'm sorry i did not order the color insert in the envelope-it would have been worthwhile. Would recommend Stationery Express any time.
