Great product and great customer service
People are just too quick to complain! This is an amazing company offering a terrific product and fantastic customer support. Yes, prices go up, it's called inflation, and not their fault! I shipped shoes the other day with FedEx and it cost me $20! The prices are still FAR lower than that of Crane or any other luxury stationer out there and their products are in line, quality wise. They have a small team on customer support, but my emails were answered in MINUTES which is unheard of in today's customer service world. I wish people were nicer and more understanding, I had a very pleasant experience, with a terrific rep named Danielle over email, and you guys deserve an amazing review for your great work and great stationery! I hope others read this!!! Thank you!
