I have reached out to 2 Etsy shops and have been really disappointed to be told that my logo design was too complicated on an embosser stamp. I was willing to make changes and I took my chance for the third time for a company to help me. My text inquiry got lost initially but on second contact by email, Mike responded and had been pleasant, patient, diligent and prompt in answering all my questions. I made several revisions that in the end, it all worked well! I am very happy when I almost gave up in the beginning. Highly recommend!

Okay, this review is long overdue but I really wanted to give this a shot and test it for a few months. First let me start with the customer service here: AMAZING. They informed me that they would test my logo and make sure it looks okay to proceed before making the custom embosser. (since there is no preview function yet I was told) I got my order in 6-7 days and the embosser was perfect. My logo looked great! Now I just needed to test and see if it would last! Almost 5 months later, the thing seems brand new. It's embossing like it did on day one - I really don't think I will have to buy another one of these ever again. Best $100 or so I've ever spent! THANK YOU! (PS. Huge thank you to Margot and the team here, you went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it and wish all businesses cared about their customers like you do! It makes a huge difference!)
