How long does it take?
Most orders are produced and SHIP in 24 - 48 HOURS! Ship time is estimated for each product and refers to the amount of time in production. Actual delivery is in addition and takes approximately 4 - 5 days to arrive by UPS Ground Service. Next-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day delivery options are available during checkout. International shipping is also available.
What do I need to place an order?

- We accept American Express, Debit-Cards, Discover, MasterCard and Visa
- We also accept checks; payment in full must accompany your order. Please do not send cash.
What happens after placing my order?
We process your order with the information that you supply; please proof-read your information carefully. An online order verification confirms your order; please hold onto this for your records. Since we carry so many products, some resources provide online proofs while placing your order. These resources include Carlson Craft, Crane's, eInvite and Regency.
What about color?
Each product has a full range of popular color choices in Raised-print Thermography. All products include Raised-priinting unless indicated as Flat-printing only.
What kind of paper stock do you use?
Each product is produced on premium quality papers and envelopes. Each product comes with plain envelopes. Raised-print thermography is available for the envelopes as well.
Can I order a gift with a gift message?
Yes! Many of our customers order gifts to be shipped directly with a gift message. The gift message is on the packing slip.
Can I order additional quantities?
Yes! You can order additional sets at a discount! Each product offers this option. Additional sets must be identical to the first set ordered. Call us toll-free at 1-800-506-3884 if greater quantities are needed.
